BASIC OF RATE
All prices for cruise are generally quoted per cabin in US dollars.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
Deposit must be settled by Vietcombank of Vietnam or any online payment link from salesperson. Deposits are non-refundable and generally 30% of the total booking cost. The final balance is due normally 20 days before departure. Full payment must be made right the time of making reservation within 20 days of departure. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and apply relevant cancellation charges if we do not receive the payment at the due time.

CANCELLATION BY GUESTS
Client notifies Gray Line Halong in writing as soon as possible if client wants to cancel the cruise. The cancellation charge is based on the total invoice following:

- For GIT
The policy is applied for Travel agencies only. It is stated at Gray Line Halong Cruise official contract. If you have not had it, please contact to our sales department to have instant assistance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Insurance: Applicable for the real loss/damage/body injuries occurring within the range of Gray Line Cruise. Buying International Travel Insurance is encouraged before either traveling in Vietnam or getting on Gray Line cruises.
- Force majeure: In the event of strikes, protests, stoppages of labors, riots, weather conditions or any other reasons whatsoever, Gray Line Halong Cruise has the right to cancel, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled sailing or itineraries without prior notices. Gray Line Halong Cruise may, but is not obliged to, substitute another cruise for any sailing and cannot be liable for any loss to the passenger by any reasons such as cancellation, advancement, postponement or substitution.
- For loss of and/or damage to property: Gray Line Halong Cruise will provide safekeeping for valuables aboard the boat and encourages the passengers to deposit any jewelry or other valuables brought aboard the boat with a designated officer who will issue a receipt for such valuables. Gray Line Halong Cruise shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to money, jewelry, precious stones, securities, financial instruments, tickets or other valuables unless they have been delivered and handed to the Cruise Manager, and a due receipt has been issued.
- In the event of settlement of disputes between passengers and Gray Line Halong Cruise, the laws of Vietnam will be applied.
CHILDREN POLICY
- Free for 01 child under 05 years old, sharing beds with parents
- Second child under 06 years old will be charged 50 USD/night, sharing beds with parents
- 95% cabin’s rate for children from 06 to 11 years old, if booking a private cabin
- 100% of adults’ rate for children from 12 years old
CONFIRMATION POLICY
Clients should make any bookings and reservations in writing via e-mail contact@graylinehalong.com. Gray Line Halong Cruise keeps the right to reject any verbal bookings.
PASSENGER’S INFORMATION
In order to make legal entry procedures, Clients are requested to submit all the copies of their passports, check-in date, Vietnam via expiry date, phone numer and special requests (g. vegetarian meal, honeymooners, allergies, etc.) to Gray Line Halong Cruise before check-in at least 01 (day).
Original Passport and Visa are strictly required on-board; children unaccompanied by adults are not allowed to get onboard. The on-board regulations, Vietnamese laws and detailed programs must be clear before getting on boats. The legal consequences for not observing the regulations and rules may cause the fines by Halong local authorities, and Gray Line Halong Cruise reserves the right to release those bookings in above circumstances.
