This guidance is to help our clients a clear direction and legal entry procedures punctually.

There are currently 3 harbors for visitors to Halong Bay, namely Halong International Cruise Port, Tuan Chau Harbor and Vinashin Port. Gray Line Cruise’s meeting point is at Halong International Cruise Port, Halong Road, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City, Quang Ninh, Vietnam; where travelers will need to gather to join in our tours.

Invested by Sun Group, the port ideally located in the city’s heart, next to the Sun World Halong Complex, a long public beach and a romantic road following the coastline’s natural contours is the most modernized cruise port in Vietnam that is able to greet the most advanced world class ship to Halong Bay. Besides the pier for mega cruises, there are separately 4 piers dedicated to local junks and yachts that can be sufficient for 2.000 visitors at the same time. Safety equipment are set up with top care.

In particular, the terminal features a convenient lounge system with a total area of 13.500m2 inspired by a the corner of Hoi An ancient town when viewed from the outside, but the inside is like a 13th-century ship with wooden pillars, sophisticated decoration and 27 ancient ship pictures. It goes beyond the cruise port’s purpose to become a new rendezvous for travel lovers.

Clients present at the check-in counter before check-in time in order to make legal entry procedures. One [1] day before arrival, clients are required to provide us their special diet and passports’ information in advance [Full name, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Date of birth, Visa validity] by emailing to contact@graylinehalong.com.
