All other services are also expected to increase the price on the day of the World Cup. Perhaps people hope it will partially offset enormous amount that the Brazilian government had spent for this World Cup.

On the other hand, you can choose to see the fierce battle in the knockout stages and the final match of the World Cup taking place in the two big cities of Brasilia and Rio. Or try to visit some Brazil tourist attractions.

Transportation

Basically, Brazil does not have the long distance trains. If you buy plane tickets to travel between host cities are too expensive. The only way left is the bus. But luckily, there are also some host cities which are quite close together, Natal and Recife are only two separated cities by less than five hours bus. It takes approximately six hours between Sao Paulo and Curitiba.

Again, following the well-established traditional event, Brazilian hoteliers have decided to make a good share of the year’s profits during the World Cup. Things to do in Brazil

Unlike other mega events like the Olympics, World Cup has something going on all the time. Even in Rio, early round matches are only every three days, and the final match is a week after the semis. This means you’ll have lots of time for sightseeing some Brazil tourist attractions.

Besides some interesting areas such as the Amazon rainforest or the Mato Grosso, you can come to some busy cities like Rio or Sao Paulo, or sunbathing on the beaches in some favorable coastal areas.
