]]> We have life jackets in the rooms, restaurants, sundeck and tender-boats. We also have at the lounge of Gray Line on the mainland. Each cabin (aka guestroom) has alarm system and louder-speaker system, just in case, in emergency. We do have a lot of lifebuoys and speedboats which travel along with the main cruises. Above all, we monthly train our crew well for handling emergencies and safe operation. Importantly, the crew are qualified and certified by the responsible local authorities, for example the Management Board of Halong.

]]> During an emergency case, let say in a sudden fire, we will use louder-speaker to alert about any danger, guide people in English how to escape to the nearest exit to get into our tender-boat, speedboat or mainland, depending on which one is the nearest. There are also a lot of life jackets in the cupboards inside your rooms, in the restaurants, in the sundeck and in the tender-boats. All our crews are quick and helpful in emergency cases.
